Q4 of '24...Ready to do this?

The last leg of 2024 is officially upon us and with that, I offer this quick and easy frame of mind.

We know setting annual goals are necessary in business, tracking is a must and how critical it is to properly plan or plan to fail.

We also know that a part of the entrepreneurial journey is to maintain a healthy “balance” of navigating the ins and outs of what it looks like to work IN and ON the business.

Things, events, people and experiences will always pop up when we least expect it. Rather than reject that reality, let’s embrace the opportunities we get and lean into adapting to them.

We have three months left to finish 2024 as strong as possible. Whether you are way ahead of where you were hoping to be year to date, status quo, or behind…you can’t control any of that now. All you can control are the choices you make moving forward. Every minute of every day is a choice. This requires reflection on what was working and what was not. It’s even likely a new set of Key Performance Activities will be declared, with a commitment to being laser focused and disciplined in completing those activities daily.
