Steve D'Annunzio, CPC
Steve D'Annunzio is an author and co-creator of many books, businesses, and artistic projects that have the common theme of alleviating human suffering and improving the welfare of humanity. He owns and leads two coaching companies. The first is called Mission-Driven Advisor, which works exclusively with CEOS of money management firms, helping them identify their higher purpose beyond just the profit motive. The second coaching company is called the Soul Purpose Institute, which teaches students how to discover their life purpose, and with the right support, evolve their product or service into a business that is powerful, purposeful and profitable. Steve considers his greatest accomplishment to be bringing three fantastic, high-functioning people into this world in Jenna, Colin and Alicia. He was recently knighted by the Order of St. John for the work he has done in service to humanity. Steve is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council, which is an international think-tank for love-driven leaders, and lives with his family in Rochester, NY.
Raeanne Lacatena, LMSW, CPC
Lead Mentoring Advisor
Raeanne is a native of Rochester, New York. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Ithaca College in Psychology, with minors in French and Music. She then went on to obtain her Masters level Social Work training in Advanced Generalist Practice and Programming through Columbia University. Raeanne is the acting Chief Operating Officer and Lead Mentoring Advisor for the Mission Driven Advisor and the Soul Purpose Institute. Raeanne enjoys her dual role to help support the business aspects of the program, and also work closely with the clients of both SPI and MDA. She is an Accountability, Life and Success coach who enjoys supporting clients who are interested in transformational shifts towards better happiness, health and wealth. Her Soul Purpose is supporting clients as they walk their own personal Soul Purpose Path and Discovery.
Jenna D'Annunzio, MS, CBC, CLC, CPC
Lead Mentoring Advisor
Jenna D’Annunzio received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and History from the State University of New York, College at Brockport in 2008. She then went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in counseling from Walden University in 2015. Being raised and living with the teachings and principles of Soul Purpose Institute and Mission Driven Advisor, she felt a transformational shift towards guiding people in achieving their goals and becoming the happiest, healthiest, and wealthiest they can be. Jenna is a certified professional accountability, life and business coach who has recently expanded her practice to support mothers through their birth and post-partum experiences as a doula. Jenna lives in Rochester, NY with her husband, Ben, and the three lights of their lives Addison, Everleigh and Theodore.
Having worked in both Home and Field Offices for over 40 years, Molly spent 30 years with the McCloskey Agency (Tax and Financial Group) of Minnesota Life until retiring to go into private practice as an Accountability Coach. She joined Pacific Advisors, a Guardian Life Agency, in April, 2008 as Vice President of Sales Management. During her time with the Dick McCloskey she was the COO, with main responsibilities for recruiting, training, supervising and development of all agents. Starting with this Firm in 1976 Molly was instrumental in bringing it from 3 agents and $197,000 of premium to 98 agents with commission in excess of $15 million. Since joining Pacific Advisors Molly has brought on board 5 sales managers throughout the State of California, has implemented a 10 week new agent training program, and enjoys personal coaching with experienced field advisors. She is the co-founder of Mentoring Systems, Inc.; a twelve year recipient of the Career Development Award (received every year since joining GAMA International); recipient of the Minnesota Life 2001 "Recruiter of the Year" award; 2004 Inductee in United "Who's Who" in Training and Development. Molly is a past president of the local GAMA; a past faculty member of the GAMA Institute; has had numerous articles published in industry journals including the GAMA International's book on "Great Ideas Series". Molly has also served on the local NAIFA board. She has done numerous LAMP Workshops; as well as spoken all over the United States and Canada. Molly is proud to be known as the person bringing the "Tough Love Concept" to the Insurance Industry. Molly current lives in San Jose, California where she continues to enjoy coaching experienced sales people.
David Bibicoff is a veteran of the life insurance and financial advising business with over 18 years of advising experience. With a knack for seeing what is not so obvious to others, David has always focused his practice on macro-economic planning. For seven of his eighteen years in the business, in addition to running his personal practice David also held a management position within Strategies for Wealth, one of the largest general agencies in Guardian Life Insurance system. In that role, David coached, managed and conducted training meetings for what became a unit of 25 advisors. He easily qualified for the Guardian Presidential Citation Award as a top manager for six out of his seven years in management. David has since left that management role to focus on macro-economic planning for his clients and those of other advisors, spending more time with his kids including coaching kid sports, as well as assisting other advisors enrolled in the Mission Driven and Wisdom Driven Advisor programs. David works out of Rye Brook, NY in Westchester County and resides in Westport, CT where he lives with his wife and 2 kids ages 15 & 18.
Since retiring from the financial services industry, Bill has remained involved with businesses and professionals by coaching and consulting. Bill’s process allows people to release the fears that drive inadequacy and to flourish in their love and truth.
For nine years, he served as General Agent for MassMutual-Rochester where he was responsible for turning around this under-performing MassMutual general agency with offices in Rochester and Williamsville, NY. His core responsibilities included vision, structure and growth of the agency overall, including driving sales, recruitment, training, marketing, operations, geographic expansion and compliance.
Earlier in his career, at AXA Distributors he served as Vice President in charge of life insurance distribution. Before that, he was Managing Director and Assistant Managing Director. In this role, Mr. Costello was responsible for orchestrating the integration of Advest, Inc., into the AXA family of companies. At MONY, as Managing Director for the Mid-Atlantic States territory for more than five years, Mr. Costello was responsible for working with the company’s top 10 percent of producers to drive sales of life and annuity products. He is credited with consistently exceeding recruiting and production goals annually, as well as embedding in the organization the “Trusted Advisor” concept with CPA firms.
For a brief period in the late nineties, Mr. Costello was Vice President of Sales for a nationally ranked database marketing company where he was credited with more than tripling sales, taking the organization from $8M to $25M.
Very early on, Mr. Costello served as Managing Director of Prudential Financial in the Baltimore, MD/Hudson Valley, NY area, where from 1994 to 1997 he managed a team comprised of the top 10 percent of producers across a geographically dispersed territory. From 1988-1994 he was Sales Manager for the Rochester territory. He began his career in insurance sales as a Special Agent.
Alicia D'Annunzio, CPC
Marketing Coordinator and I.T. Supervisor
Alicia D'Annunzio is a visionary, designing marketing materials and campaigns as well as facilitating the technical ins and outs of the online productivity tracking systems for MDA. She is a co-founder of The Youth of Transformational Leadership Council, a Mindvalley University alumna, a psychology student, and a certified professional coach. She is the daughter and apprentice of CEO Steve D'Annunzio, and has studied spirituality and personal development her entire life. Alicia leads most projects in Mission Driven Advisor which require creativity and focus on aesthetic design, but also helps create symposium and course lesson materials. She is currently living in Rochester, NY as she continues her journey with the Mission Driven Advisor team.
Administrative Assistant/Executive Coordinator
Darla is originally from Cuba, New York but has lived in Rochester for the past 27 years. She received her Associate’s Degree from Bryant & Stratton in the Lawyer’s Legal Assistant program and has worked for various law firms for almost 30 years as a legal assistant. Darla is new to the Mission Driven Advisor team and helps with many various duties including billing, data entry, helping coordinate symposiums, scheduling and correspondence with clients. She enjoys spending time with her great nieces and nephew as well as her two little pups, Lulu and Lola.
Special Projects Manager
James Lacatena graduated from the State University of New York with a Master's Degree in Education. After a 25 year career with the Rochester City School District as a teacher and administrator, Jim was approached by Steve D'Annunzio to apply those years as an Educator to the day by day operations of his emerging Coaching business. For several years, he worked side by side with Steve in building the "Soul Purpose Institute", now a well-respected and positive force in the Financial Services Industry. Today, although semi-retired, he continues to assist with the onward growth and development in this ever evolving business as a consultant in the area of sales and marketing. Jim lives in Rochester, NY and Port St. Lucie, FL.
