Steve D'Annunzio is a productivity trainer and life success coach to many Fortune 100 executives, professional athletes, and high-performance business leaders. Steve has developed and teaches a new model of transformational business practice he calls Conscious Capitalism. He helps entrepreneurs understand their God-given marginal utility thereby creating extraordinary value for clients, turning potential into production. He calls this God-given marginal utility "Soul Purpose", and is the president of the Soul Purpose Institute. This course is evolving the financial services industry as the practitioners who use it continue to be industry leaders in production results. He personally coaches many Top of the Table and Court of the Table advisors. He is an author and co-creator of many books, businesses, and artistic projects that have the common theme of alleviating human suffering and enhancing joy. He is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council, and lives with his family in Rochester, New York.
James Lacatena graduated from the State University of New York with a Master's Degree in Education. After a 25 year career with the Rochester City School District as a teacher and administrator, Jim was approached by Steve D'Annunzio to apply those years as an Educator to the day by day operations of his emerging Coaching business. For several years, he worked side by side with Steve in building the "Soul Purpose Institute", now a well-respected and positive force in the Financial Services Industry. Today, although semi-retired, he continues to assist with the onward growth and development in this ever evolving business as a consultant in the area of sales and marketing. Jim lives in Rochester, NY and Port St. Lucie, FL.
Raeanne Lacatena, LMSW
Lead Mentoring Advisor
Raeanne is a native of Rochester, New York. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Ithaca College in Psychology, with minors in French and Music. She then went on to obtain her Masters level Social Work training in Advanced Generalist Practice and Programming through Columbia University. Raeanne is the acting Chief Operating Officer and Lead Mentoring Advisor for the Mission Driven Advisor and the Soul Purpose Institute. Raeanne enjoys her dual role to help support the business aspects of the program, and also work closely with the clients of both SPI and MDA. She is an Accountability, Life and Success coach who enjoys supporting clients who are interested in transformational shifts towards better happiness, health and wealth. Her Soul Purpose is supporting clients as they walk their own personal Soul Purpose Path and Discovery.
Having worked in both Home and Field Offices for over 40 years, Molly spent 30 years with the McCloskey Agency (Tax and Financial Group) of Minnesota Life until retiring to go into private practice as an Accountability Coach. She joined Pacific Advisors, a Guardian Life Agency, in April, 2008 as Vice President of Sales Management. During her time with the Dick McCloskey she was the COO, with main responsibilities for recruiting, training, supervising and development of all agents. Starting with this Firm in 1976 Molly was instrumental in bringing it from 3 agents and $197,000 of premium to 98 agents with commission in excess of $15 million. Since joining Pacific Advisors Molly has brought on board 5 sales managers throughout the State of California, has implemented a 10 week new agent training program, and enjoys personal coaching with experienced field advisors. She is the co-founder of Mentoring Systems, Inc.; a twelve year recipient of the Career Development Award (received every year since joining GAMA International); recipient of the Minnesota Life 2001 "Recruiter of the Year" award; 2004 Inductee in United "Who's Who" in Training and Development. Molly is a past president of the local GAMA; a past faculty member of the GAMA Institute; has had numerous articles published in industry journals including the GAMA International's book on "Great Ideas Series". Molly has also served on the local NAIFA board. She has done numerous LAMP Workshops; as well as spoken all over the United States and Canada. Molly is proud to be known as the person bringing the "Tough Love Concept" to the Insurance Industry. Molly current lives in San Jose, California where she continues to enjoy coaching experienced sales people.
David Bibicoff is a veteran of the life insurance and financial advising business with over 18 years of advising experience. With a knack for seeing what is not so obvious to others, David has always focused his practice on macro-economic planning. For seven of his eighteen years in the business, in addition to running his personal practice David also held a management position within Strategies for Wealth, one of the largest general agencies in Guardian Life Insurance system. In that role, David coached, managed and conducted training meetings for what became a unit of 25 advisors. He easily qualified for the Guardian Presidential Citation Award as a top manager for six out of his seven years in management. David has since left that management role to focus on macro-economic planning for his clients and those of other advisors, spending more time with his kids including coaching kid sports, as well as assisting other advisors enrolled in the Mission Driven and Wisdom Driven Advisor programs. David works out of Rye Brook, NY in Westchester County and resides in Westport, CT where he lives with his wife and 2 kids ages 15 & 18.
Josephine Z. Smith, CLC, CBC

Josephine is a certified professional life and business coach who brings her years of corporate and not-for-profit experience to Mission Driven Advisor. Early on, her vision for the Manpower Training Center served her community by providing relevant technical and business skills to clients of VESID, Monroe County Social Services, ABW, Lifespan, and NYS Dept of Labor for immediate gainful employment. Her knowledge and involvement in business, coaching, training and management were invaluable in her roles and contributions to learning and organizational development at the University of Rochester Medical Center and as Director of Operations for the Excellus subsidiary, Sibley Nursing Personnel.
Josephine is committed to supporting the growth of individuals to their highest capability via a strong belief system which drives behaviors that in turn, drive long-term sustainable results. She credits her deep appreciation of what it takes to inspire, serve and lead others from her own life experiences and relationships. As a coach and vehicle for the development of successful advisors, Josephine focuses her energy on challenging her clients into awareness and to approach life wholly, with a mind-body-spirit connection in the discovery journey of their unique Soul Purpose.
Josephine is active in her community as coordinator, seamstress and designer for Caring Hands for Angels, a volunteer organization that makes bereavement garments from donated wedding gowns for babies in the NICU, Labor & Delivery and Cardiac NICU units at the Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester, New York.

Jenna D’Annunzio received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and History from the State University of New York, College at Brockport in 2008. After years of teaching in academia and within a therapeutic milieu, Jenna went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in counseling from Walden University in 2015. Being raised and living with the teachings and principles of Soul Purpose Institute and Mission Driven Advisor, she felt a transformational shift towards guiding people in becoming the happiest, healthiest, and wealthiest they can be; being a stand for those in their mission to becoming love-driven and finding their Soul Purpose. Jenna is an accountability, life and business coach who also enjoys her dual role in supporting the company as Team Leader. Jenna lives in Rochester, NY with her husband, Ben, and their two daughters Addison and Everleigh.
